This is a local offline server for TSC game and make sure AppData\Local\TheShatteredCrown\Saved are deleted,

Install Components on Install Folder,

Replace connect.rpk on your client build

Launch Server

Have Fun !

Only Core Server Work / Only in OfflineLocal

Player saves don't work you still have 401-404 error.
